How we handle information you send us, and what rights you have over it.
The Good Management Company Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17421382, registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. We are the data controller for information you send through this website. You can reach us at team@goodmanagement.co.uk.
Only what you choose to send us: your email address, the subject line and the message itself. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no need to give us a name, telephone number or address to make an enquiry.
To reply to you, and to keep a record of the conversation if it leads to work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted us and expect an answer.
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after twelve months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, correspondence is kept for the duration of that relationship and for six years afterwards, in line with the ordinary limitation period.
Our email provider and the service that delivers this website's contact form. Neither uses your information for their own purposes. If you accept analytics cookies, Google receives information about your visit as described under Cookies and analytics below. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else without your permission, unless we are required to by law.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, and what device and browser they use. It tells us this in aggregate; it does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google Analytics only sets its cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, kept for up to two years) if you press Accept on the banner. Until then, and if you press Reject, nothing is stored on your device for analytics. The lawful basis for analytics is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using Cookie settings, which also appears in the footer of every page.
Google may process this data in the United States, under the UK–US data bridge and Google's standard contractual safeguards. You can read how Google handles it at policies.google.com/privacy. The site also remembers your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so it does not ask you on every page; that is strictly necessary and is not used for anything else.
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to team@goodmanagement.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
